…often times she appears delirious. Her problems are more than apparent in the play, and she has all of the same in the film, but it seems to go beyond the boundaries of normalcy. At times it seems a bit much however, the film character seems a bit overplayed, almost unbelievable. The novel seemed to do a better job of showing her character and her problems, yet still keeping the character closer to within reason.
