<Tab/>I have read about 85% of this book and I would definitely say that A Piety Above the Common Standard is, aside from a few minor issues, a very well written and informative book (e-kudos to you). And while I can't say that it's ever been very high on my interest list concerning books, it wasn't a bore either (much appreciated).

us, He knew who was going to be saved (a form of predestination). So this book indirectly impacted my beliefs.
Despite my semi apathy towards books that I'm required to read, I did enjoy it, and because I'm of the opinion that people should spend most of their time reading instead of watching t.v. or playing video games, this book is a must read for anyone at all affiliated with the Baptist faith/church.
