Acts is certainly intended as a history of the early church, and indeed it is the most complete and valuable history of the Christians in the 1st century. I felt that Acts is anti-Jewish because it seems to put down the Jewish people. It makes them seem evil and crazy. Wanting to put Paul to death after he was put in jail. Saul/Paul seems to be embarrassed of his religion so he changes a lot about himself. This is why I feel that Acts is an anti-Jewish tract.
