Adolf Hitler was a german political military leader. He was a huge dictator and converted Germany into a fully militarized society. He began World War II in 1939. He built the Nazi party into a huge movement, incredibly bigger than what it was before he rose in power. …onto those who followed him and soon after thousands of people listened to Hitler and did what they were told. The Nazis began taking people by the thousands and keeping them in hastily constructed pens. Anything possible to use, such as old army barracks and abandoned factories were used as prisons. The prisoners inside were treated terribly. They were either tortured with military drills, beatings or harsh discipline and many were even tortured to death.
