…not a life in oregon that is not touched by adoption. It will not be an easy road for adoptees, even with Measure58. A birth mother's real name does not always appear on the certtificate, so it's hard to locate a birth parent. It isn't just to cause trouble that adoptees want to know, they may have health problems, and want a medical history. Their are many reasons and I think it's a good thing.
