After the decleration of Kofi Annan's plan - Cyprus

The decleration of Kofi Annan's plan in 12 November 2002, can be considered as one of the most important stage for the history of Turkish - Greek relations and Cyprus problem that it has brought them into a new phase and intensified the debates by getting the agreement efforts very nearer to a solution. …the solution of the Cyprus problem would support Turkey in her road to E.U and would obtain K.K.T.C the recognition in the international arena which also would improve their economy that is weakened by embargos and wither away their dependecy to Turkey. Annan plan has to be reshapened by strict diplomatic negotiations and agreed on later in order not to lose the opportunity for Turkish Cypriots to enter the E.U.
