All About Organized Labor

During the period of 1875 to 1900, organized labor went through both good and bad situations. The employees' working conditions did not begin to see any change until later on. Because of the failure of numerous labor unions, the ineffectiveness of strikes, and the gripping control of the employers, organized labor was unsuccessful in improving the position of workers.
