I. Introduction The Amgen Lab provided us with a chance to have hands on experience with modern biotechnological practices. Also, through the process of this lab, I have learned more about genetics and DNA than I ever thought I would. Although my group was unable to create glowing colonies, we were able to follow through the whole process and understand how it works.
