…Medications can vary from pills to inhalers. Taking the pills is to help prevent the attacks from coming but if an attack does occur an inhaler is then used to stop the attack. The inhaler works so quickly because the vaporized medication can go to the airways immediately to prevent the airways from becoming inflamed. Although asthma can appear to be a minor case, a lack of knowledge and preparation can become a fatal mistake.
