believe the modernisation of Australia is pulling people out of the regional areas and into the cities this is shown in the 2001 census which states that the top 20 population decreases are regional towns like Latrobe(Vic), Whyalla(SA) and Wagga Wagga(NSW). This is one of our most stereotyped aspects of lifestyle yet I find it ironic that it is in decline and that most of us are moving towards the beach and city life.
