On our team of six very diverse individuals, there are different behavior types. After completing the Disc Platinum Behavior Assessment, we have all come to certain conclusions on our behavior styles and or capacity to work together as a team. Everyone has mentioned that they enjoy working in our group because we work so well together. Some believe that is because we set up our team charter and we set up our goals, wants and needs at that time. Whatever the factors are we are a great team and we working well together.
