The story is set six hundred years past the year of Ford. The people have had time to be inbred enough that no inkling of the word freedom remained. The world is one government ran by ten world leaders and the people enjoy life free from war, hatred, poverty, disease, and pain. The scientists have every detail worked to the point of exasperation. …would work. Without the introduction of such evil powers, then it would very possibly flourish. Standardization and progress are valued above everything else. The ten world leaders know what they are doing, yet they choose happiness for the price of conformity. The scary thing is the one thing no one wants to admit. The majority of even our society is heartless and fruitless enough to accept such a life, and that is all it takes.
