…been to my advantage. This would have allowed me to aim my proposal more appropriately. Obviously at the time of the conflict I was not aware of the various strategies, and many of the reasons for conflict, apart from a vague awareness that something was not quite right. At the time of the conflict I felt that I had lost, but ultimately, I think that both the company and myself will benefit from this experience.
