…accurately capital punishment should be stopped. I think rehabilitation should replace the death penalty. This is the most humane form of punishment. Why throw away human lives needlessly. Psychologists can ensure that that they will not commit any more crimes. After the criminal is cured of his "disease" a suitable punishment could be given. Criminals should be helped to change their life habits, and after they do, society can hold them responsible for their actions.
