Arthur Reed has been in the grocery business for 20 years. He has worked his way up with Blue Grocery Stores and now has a position of warehouse supervisor. If Arthur continues to manage his department as he has in the past, he will remain frustrated and eventually this will affect his own reputation within the industry. If Arthur will consider some of the suggestions that I have made above, he will be able to manage his department, year round and might be able to take a vacation himself.
