The people of the Ukraine and the surrounding countries are getting hit the hardest without even realizing so. Simply breathing is causing them great 8. harm. The government knows this and neglected to do something about it from the beginning. Unfortunately, the people living in the area will continue to feel the effects of this horrible tragedy for many years to come.
