A recent survey by SurfWatch shows that nearly all parents whose children have Internet access are aware of the dangerous material on the Internet, but many have no idea how much time their children are spending on it. Parents need to pay attention to what their children are doing, and even closer attention to how they are using the Net. The protection of children must also go outside of the home, school, and libraries.
