SMC Company is growing by leaps and bounds! The Company announced last week that 100% more production output is needed and 17 more production employees have been added as well as full staff of Human Resources personnel. It has been decided by management that with this kind of growth taking place a formal training program needs to be put in place to address the training needs of the growing SMC employee base.
