Introduction
This paper analyzes consumer behavior while purchasing items at McDonald's. Some
of the criteria covered in the paper includes: influences on the customer, customer
mannerism while ordering, what items they purchased and interactions with McDonald's
staff.
My Experience
When doing this project I went to the McDonald's closest to my house. I went
inside and ordered off the dollar menu, my order consisted of a 64oz. Sprite that is

McDonalds has such a strong drive-thru operation. Many people don't want to be
around winy kids and parents yelling at them.
Conclusion
McDonald's is an American icon. Since 1948 McDonalds has stood for variety,
family oriented and also being a community leader. During this observation I learned a
lot about people reactions, mannerism and influences while at McDonald's. McDonald's
has thrived in the fast-food world for so many years due to constant evolving and
customer service.
