…life proved that she finally understood him and the importance of his presence in her life. Cosima and Homero did have their outlooks intersect at some point in the novel and after that they became somewhat parallel. The whole idea of their differences kept them apart for a long period of time that did hinder each in its own way. In the end, however, they were able to grasp their differences and comprehend each other.
