…can obviously not be held solely responsible for a person's pursuit of happiness. A person still must seek out their own happiness in their own way. The government is only present to allow a person to seek that happiness. If a person is incapable of attaining happiness in America, it is most likely their own fault. The Government is the backbone of our nation and therefore determines our ability to pursue happiness in our lives.
