Different members of a team in a production company

I have chosen to explore the different members of a group in a wooden toys company. The Leader - The leader of the wooden toy company would have to have a lot of knowledge on woodwork him self, so he can make the best decisions for the company, such as which wood would be most appropriate. …the meetings that the company have, which means he needs to have persuasive and speaking skills. Each member of the team has there own function, and if just one was missing the company would crumble. For bigger companies each member wouldn't have to do as much as they do at this company. As it is small one employee will have to do the work and have the skills of two employees at a larger firm.
