Different Ways of Fighting World War I was fought completely different than any war prior to it. Wars before the First World War were fought on horses in a gentlemen's war. …and new technology made World War I completely different than any war previous to it. As well as these obvious advancements, women were allowed to help out at the war and at home. Also, Canadians with extremely varying nationalities were all fighting for this war that affected the entire world. This war changed the way future wars were to be fought, and changed the way life at home would be. <Tab/>
