Does Prejudice and Discrimination Towards Ethnic Groups Exist on Our College Campus?

While, on the other hand, the minorities see that this grouping bothers the whites, its affirmation to them that the minorities must join together to fight the racism that they have to face. The economy is working against the minorities because of the fact that they don't get good paying jobs and because they feel that they cannot make a good living just because of their race or ethnicity.
