Down to the Wire

One warm Sunday night on the edge of town in Durant, Mississippi, the final game of the state soccer tournament to decide the best team in the state of Mississippi was about to be played. There was no humidity in the air. It was perfect soccer weather. Lining the field were parents and spectators from around the state to watch the game.
