…These people do not take into effect that most eighteen, nineteen, and twenty year-olds are either getting prepared to go to war to save our country in the armed forces, working a full time job to support themselves or a family, or are up to their ears in tons of heavy college work. I believe that if these people are responsible enough to do such things, they should be responsible enough to drink a beer.
