Drinking and driving

Drunk driving in my opinion should be punished to the full extent of the law if not more. This is a serious crime that is committed often and is overlooked by many. Drinking and driving may seem like a rush to some people but when you think of who and what you are putting on the line for a little adrenaline rush it is never going to be worth it. …more drunk. I think people who are found driving intoxicated should receive a fine and the chance to either watch the "shattered dreams" and have the fine lowered or to pay the fine in full. In conclusion I think that 3 way's to cut down drunk driving is to increase the penalty, put breathalyzer testers in bars, and encourage for other drivers who have had no drinks what so ever to drive those who are intoxicated.
