…on their own interpretations of biblical texts. St. Francis, Christopher Columbus, and William Miller are just a few examples of people who have developed personal apocalyptic views. There are many socio-historical examples of apocalyptic worldviews that are characterized by the beliefs and actions that surround. Threaded within these beliefs and actions there are people of all sorts, who are finding their place in the grand scheme of things, who are developing their own eschatological view.
