Geographical factors affecting relations between the Axis Powers.

Strained Relations Before the outbreak of war, Germany, Italy and Japan did virtually nothing to coordinate their policies or strategies. It is difficult to reach Japan and Germany would surely not want to risk a few ships which may be destroyed by the Royal Navy or any Allied forces, which had much control of the seas. Either way, relations have been damaged for what appears to be Japan's or Germany's unwillingness to share technology. There had been no known technical cooperation between the two countries since the war started.
