Group dynamics is an important theory that has enabled me to understand my own approach to interacting with others. Group dynamics and leadership are 2 of the main theories that have assisted my understanding of my approach to interaction with others. The theories have allowed me to discuss and critically analyse my experiences in management situations. These experiences that I've had have allowed myself to develop through experience and be successful in managing and being managed.
