This article tries to show how the Hadith literature has been influenced by the ideas spreading at the different times, and how it changes to adapt the new doctrine and the changing circumstances. Anas was an authority both on custom law (Sunnah) and on oral tradition (Hadith). The nature of the saying of the prophet naturally led them to preserve and repeat his sayings on all subjects.
