Deliverables must be finished according with provider schedule included in the proposal. 4.8 Penalties by late finishing Late finishing of partial deliverables according proposal schedule will be penalized with US$ 1000/week of delay on completion of deliverables. Late completion of project will be penalized with a fixed fee of US$ 5000 plus the weekly late fee rate.
