Heroes

A hero is a man who performs an act that either saves someone's life or makes life better for someone. Usually a hero does not even know the person they are helping and does the deed out of the kindness of their heart. In literary works, there have been many heroes. …into another person's helpless hands. Moses put forth all his energy to help his people, as did Oedipus. Oedipus tried to help his people find out who killed their former King. Heroes are hard to come by nowadays because people are reluctant to help a person in need. Heroes have distinct characteristics about themselves. They are genuinely caring people and love to help. There are strong minded and know what they want out of life.
