How the information stored in my chosen business

In my chosen business all the storage and retrieval of information is done manually and it's carried out through admin. Supplier: The supplier information is also stored in the same diary as the bills information and suppliers are contacted by phone. Staff: The owner also stores information on his staff hourly wage and the hours they worked so that he knows how much did he pay them.
