Jazz

Jazz is the kind of music that makes me want to do one of two things. Depending on the mood of the jazz, sometimes I feel like relaxing and just listening to the music and letting it run through me. Other times I feel like getting up and dancing as if I have not a care in the world. The jazz concert I attended on November 23, 2002 inspired me to do both of these due to …

The percussionist also performed numerous extended solos, which I found unbelievably amazing and felt it necessary to tap my foot along with each solo, although it was difficult due to the randomness of the beat. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the performance by Charged Particles and the setting in which it took place. Attending this concert certainly inspired me to attend more concerts of its type and to be open to all types of music.
