John F. Kennedy
John F. Kennedy was born in Brookline Massachusetts on May 29, 1917. He attended
Harvard University and graduated in 1940. From 1941-1945 he served in the United
States Navy, during World War II. In 1946 he was elected to the United States House of
Representatives. Then in 1952 he was elected to the United States Senate. On September
12, 1953 he was married to Jacqueline Lee Bouvier. Then in 1960 he was elected
President of the United States. On November 22, 1963 he was assassinated

There, while in a motorcade going through the streets of Dallas, he was shot by an
assumed gunman by the name of Lee Harvey Oswald. After his death in Dallas, Johnson
was sworn in as President of the United States, on the plane back to Washington.
Kennedy's funeral was held on November 25, 1963 where he was then buried in Arlington
National Cemetery. An eternal flame was lit over his grave, where it is still burning today.
