gt;Working at Churchill Downs during the Kentucky Derby weekend was an experience of a lifetime. Working in these small quarters proved to be challenge, but we successfully completed the mission we set out to do, and surprisingly enough over the three day derby weekend, our team provided food for over eight thousand guests. This is an experience that I not only would do again, but would recommend to anyone interested in the culinary world.
