Tenzer`s book enables a candid view seldom exhibited by most historians. Tenzer clearly
does a fine job in rounding out our understanding the issue of slavery in America. It
stimulated my thoughts and answered some of my worrisome questions as to why this
"cause" has been forgotten in our politically correct times.
