In the 2nd stage of this unit we were asked to do an Organisational Development (OD) task. This involved working in our group and creating a learning organisation. Peter Senge defined the learning organisation as a place:

To conclude this unit I can say I have enjoyed working with different people, also I have become better friends with some of the group. In the future I intend to become one of the main leader of the group.
