…In the end, I notice at work that I can distinguish the different types of leaders and groups. I can see that problems can be fixed more effently when it is discussed and people do not just delay action among themselves. That is why effective meetings play an important role in the workplace. In addition, if the norms and regulations are followed and our task roles are carried out, the work will go much smoother.
