This case study analyzed problems faced by the hospital as a whole and the influences that affect the problems and solutions. Also included were the proposed solutions and the rationale to choosing these problems. Problem solving and decision making for a company are only a small part of discovering what makes a company whole, and where to begin the problem solving process.
