In order for Marks and Spencer to continue to be the largest and most profitable retail organization in the United Kingdom and strengthen operations in Canada and Europe, it is my opinion that Marks and Spencer implement the following:

2. Increase marketing efforts.
3. Strengthen existing resources, add complementary resources, and develop new resources.
