The story Frankenstein is about a scientist called Victor and a creature that hunted him. The creature was artificially created and given life by Victor himself, but instead of giving thanks the creature murdered Victor's family instead.

when his experiment is completed, he just left the living thing straight away. He didn't teach it how to live in this cruel world, and didn't teach him any manners too. I don't wonder if this creature turns into something evil later on.
In my opinion, Victor is to blame. He is not responsible for his creation, and his creation killed someone. If a kid murders someone, for sure his parents are to blame, right?
