Abstract This research paper analyzes the motivation processes in place at Hewlett-Packard Corporation. Specifically, this paper examines whether Hewlett-Packard is successfully motivating its workforce through application of the four Content Theories (Hierarchy of Needs, ERG, Acquired Needs, and Two-Factor theories).
