School is a very unique and significant journey in an individual's life. During these years a child develops and blossoms considerably, in almost every aspect of their being. There are numerous factors that influence a child's educational experience and their attitude towards school. …and contributes greatly to the dynamics of a school environment. Diversity within the school provides individuals with an opportunity to experience multi-cultural scenery. This gives not only students an outlook into the lives of others, but teachers as well. Differences in student behavior and achievement allow one to explore and attempt to understand the reasons for particular performance. Variety inside the school is what keeps us asking questions and researching things we do not understand.
