On Comparison and Contrast of "Ragged Dick," and "Bad Little Boy"

Although the message completely conflicts, prose of Alger's "Ragged Dick," and Twain's, "Story of the Bad Little Boy" mirror each other schematically. Each of these stories have the element of anecdote to influence the reader into receiving their message. Be it short prose or long novel, schematically these two stories are told with different messages, however are gone about to achieve the same result.
