Own ending to Great Expectations

The end of the novel "Great Expectations" ends in a way, which Pip liked and didn't like. He liked the ending because he became friends with Estella and was able to kiss her once again but he didn't like the ending because when Pip was about to ask Biddy to get married but he found out that Joe and Biddy were already married. …suicide because of him. In the end he gets married, has 2 kids and dies at the age of 58 because of old age. This was not a very happy ending and did not get to fulfil his great expectations. I chose this ending because it was very dramatic and a revenge ending. It also teaches you hurting someone's feelings can make people commit suicide. It also shows you how hard life can be for some people.
