Cleopatra's needles are two of the twenty-six obelisks in the world today. Egypt gave the Cleopatra's Needles to U.S. and Britain. They are in Victoria Embankment, London, England and Central Park, New York, U.S., today. The hieroglyphics have somewhat faded and are barely readable. The age of the monuments are probably about 3,201 to 3,501 years old because they were built from 1500 to 1200 BC. The monuments are not known why they are called the Cleopatra's needles, but some people say for a romantic fashion.
