Leadership certainly plays a very important part in our lives, everywhere we go and in everything we do, we eventually lead others or become those being lead. In either situation the need for loyalty, determination, flexibility, persuasion, and a good heart repeats itself. Leadership, like beauty, is almost impossible to define...but you know good and poor leadership when you see it.
