…a certain group before they label those officers I would suggest further investigation. Like having someone ride along with them to see that they are just doing there job and that they can't always tell what a driver looks like. I'm just using the cop/driver scenareo I understand there are different aspect to which this info is collected for. It is still possible, yes, that the officer is just targeting one group or another.
